I have worked with Rebecca for over five years in her role as a school resource management adviser. She is an exceptional member of our team, providing expert support and advice to schools and academies across the country. The feedback about her work has been consistently expectional. Rebecca is our SRMA regional team leaders for the West Midlands and is hugely generous to members of her team as well as to the 125 SRMAs across the country. Rebecca has been invited by the DfE to speak at numerous national and regional events, which she does with authority, passion and compassion. Rebecca uses her knowledge, skills and experience to support individuals and organisations to ensure that they are using their resources in the best possible way for children and young people. It's a privilege to work with Rebecca because she is not only hardworking, effective and efficient, but also an absolutely lovely human being.
