Congratulations on the successful launch of RBMA Consultancy. Thank you to all those who have made this possible, including colleagues and friends present and past, you have all added to a journey which continues to be enlightening and uplifting.  This month has seen RBMA focus on reflection; taking time to reflect on decisions past, present and future enables you to see where you have applied learning, where you have been successful in making changes and where you need to focus or direct energy to improve.   Knowing where you are right now is the first step in enabling you to create a clear path to where you want to be, it also helps you gain understanding of what tools you need to get you there.  The focus for RBMA this month will be an audit of skills and experience to identify areas where we can grow.  Do you know what skills and experience exist in your organisation? If not, find out and use the information to fill the gaps with training and to benefit from resources you may not even know are part of your team.
